| Still Time to Enroll for Teen Studio Experience and Camp
Summer Studio Experience (June 27 - August 5): This program is designed for students aged 13 - 18 who want to experience what it’s like to work in a professional studio in the Crossroads Arts District. Each week-long session includes off-site studio and gallery visits and critiques from visiting artists.
Summer Art Camps (July 11 - Aug 5): FILLING FAST Our professional artist educators introduce new materials, techniques, and challenges to campers during each fun-filled weekly session. Let your kids spend the summer making art, making friends, and making memories.

MAKING PRESS MOLD SCULPTURESMold making and assemblage sculpture requires different sets of skills and this workshop offers the best of both worlds. On Day 1, Santoferraro will demonstrate her process for making one-part press molds. Everything from preparing the mold to pouring the plaster will be presented, leaving time for some hands-on mold making as well. On Day 2, Santoferraro will discuss the finer points of composition and other considerations for creating great assemblage sculpture. We'll use quick-dried molds to make our own sculptures and create a few collaborative pieces as well. |
