Belger Arts Closure Update: COVID-19

Dear Friends,

Through an abundance of caution, we have made the difficult decision to close both of our locations through Sunday, April 5th.  Rest assured that we have not had a confirmed case of COVID-19 among our Belger Arts community or their immediate contacts.  If we learn of one, we will let you know right away.  As you know, this is a fluid situation and may require additional changes. Please continue to check our website for any updates.

Gallery

The gallery will be closed.  Please continue to check the website for new digital exhibitions and special opportunities to add artwork to your personal collection. Thank you for supporting artists and local businesses.

Classes

All classes are being postponed or rescheduled. A representative from our Education department will be reaching out to you with specific information about rescheduling. If you have immediate questions, please contact Education Coordinator Sarah Olsen: education@belgerarts.org.

Crane Yard Clay Supply

Our website still remains accessible as a way to make purchases from the store.  Please visit www.kcclay.com to find items, make purchases and pay online.  We will have a daily window of opportunity for pick-up service only. We will contact you very shortly after your purchase to arrange a pick up time for your supplies.  We will do our best to respond to questions with limited staffing.  Local deliveries have been postponed.

Studio

Our studio is closed through Sunday, April 5th.  Those who would like to retrieve personal items from the Studio can do so between 10am and 2pm on Friday, March 20th.  If you require any special accommodations, please contact Studio Manager Tommy Frank at tfrank@belgerarts.org.

Belger Arts staff will continue to work on and off-site to ensure basic operations and studio functions for the organization.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire Belger Arts Community and look forward to staying connected with you while safely making the best of this situation.

Warmly,

The Belger Arts Staff
