Belger Arts Access Update: COVID-19

Dear Friends,

The health and safety of the Belger Arts community continues to be of highest priority; therefore we are changing in-person interactions while remaining open at this time. Please read the following carefully to learn how to best access the arts center. Changes take effect starting Wednesday, March 18th. The new procedures will remain in effect through April 5th. This is a fluid situation and may require additional changes. Please continue to check our website for any updates.

Gallery

Please visit the gallery by appointment only. We will be monitoring the number of people in the gallery at one time. Please call 816-474-7316 or email gallery@belgerarts.org to make an appointment. Tour groups will be limited to eight people.  Please continue to check the website for new digital exhibitions and special opportunities to add artwork to your personal collection.

Classes

All classes are being postponed or rescheduled. A representative from our Education department will be reaching out to you with specific information about rescheduling. If you have immediate questions, please contact Education Coordinator Sarah Olsen: education@belgerarts.org.

Crane Yard Clay Supply

We are happy to announce that have a new website for our store. Please visit www.kcclay.com to find items, make purchases and pay online. The store will remain operational as a pick-up service only. We will contact you very shortly after your purchase to arrange a pick up time for your supplies. We will continue to have staff standing by to take purchases over the phone as well: 816-842-1999.  For local purchases, we are happy to deliver your items for an additional charge.

Studio

We will be limiting the number of people who can access our studio as well. Please visit our website to find details about reserving studio time at https://belgerarts.org/studio-time-signup. If you have questions regarding this process, please contact Studio Manager Tommy Frank: tfrank@belgerarts.org.

Belger Arts staff will continue to work on and off-site to ensure basic operations and studio functions for the organization.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the entire Belger Community and look forward to staying connected with you while safely making the best of this situation.

Warmly,

The Belger Arts Staff
