Our beekeeper network is starting to see some activity and we would like to take this opportunity to involve you!

Our new website on selling honey online is frantically being worked on some elements require programming etc...

In the meantime however, we will have 100kg of raw filtered sunflower honey fresh from the tap available from Wednesday next week!

Please note that Sunflower honey crystallises quickly ~ in fact, all RAW honey will eventually granulise or crystallise and go hard - so we are preparing to harvest and filter it within a few days to ensure you get the product as fresh from the tap as possible!

Ripe raw honey should never go off.

Archeologists have found jars of preserved items inside the tombs of Pharoahs in Egypt, that are easily 1000 years old, using honey as the preservative.

Believe it or not the honey was still edible!

To make honey that has crystallised fluid again, simply put the jar or bottle in a pot of water and heat it slowly. Take care not to burn the honey by using too high a heat.

Also, the honey will continue to 'melt' long after you remove it from the pot. Voila! You have fluid honey again!
