Northern Hemisphere: Focus on preparing for harvest time. If you have had low rain and good spring flowers then look forward to a good honey harvest.
Using an extractor will mean you increase the efficiency of your apiary as the bees will very quickly take advantage of just refilling the honey comb on the super frames instead of having to rebuild the honeycomb from scratch before being able to fill it with nectar again.
