Beekeeping

Beekeeping Course
We are running our Easy Buzzing Bee Course again this Saturday!

Come spend a day outdoors and learn the art of beekeeping! You could start beekeeping within a few days of coming on the bee course!

If you own a farm, plot or have friends or complete strangers you never met before with land that would be happy to share with you and your bees, then beekeeping is a fantastic hobby or income you can start this weekend!

We get permission from prime bee crop farmers and land owners with hot Bee plants and trees. We dont own a single acre of land...

The Bee Course starts at 8h15 and finishes at 16h30 roughly. You get to spend at least an hour with a LIVE DEMO of working bee hives.

Experts's advice
We will be harvesting our apiary in Mpumalanga at the end of March for the last time this honey season.

After which we will begin our feeding programme which will only start at the end of April and involve a mixture of 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water dissolved.

We use an unique method of internal feeding to avoid robbers, fighting and ants.

Warning: Do not feed your bees for periods longer than 7 consecutive days. They will get Dysentry and die. We advise at least 3 day's break between feeding sessions.

Our programme involves one feed per month.
