Final Dispatch Orders: Processing takes between 24-72 hours with courier orders.

Please ensure you allow ample processing time for your online orders to be received, packaged and prepared for shipping if online.

Honey extractors come in manual and electric options with the ability to spin from 3 frames at a time up to 30. Manual types require no electricity but elbow grease - you spin a handle that acts like a turnstile to turn the frames round that pulls the honey out of the cells and down the sides - ready to be filtered.

Electric types do the same as manual ones but using electric motors to turn the spinning frames.

Bank payments can take up to 48 hours to show unless you make use of fast pay options.

Have an order placed after 22nd December?
We will be able to receive orders after we close the physical store however we will NOT service or courier any order after this date until the 9th of January 2023.

Your order will be processed online however all staff will be on leave and so goods will not be shipped until after 9th January.

From a challenging year with a late start in the season, extended winter and strange weather patterns, the bee season has certainly kicked off again and its in full swing...

Even though things are buzzing, we all need a rest and time to recoup from a busy year!

As we come to a close of the year, we have not yet put our electronic pen to rest. The chapter is not quite done.
