For most people this desire is directed at producing children and prolonging their family, their name and their heritage. For a magician this is more complex, and s-x is used both for initiation and for manifesting our will in the universe. At the moment of cl-max our consciousness is elevated beyond the flesh, the gates to all planes and dimensions open up for us, and we can push our intent toward manifestation. This is the experience of the void, when all mental processes cease, our normal patterns of thinking are suspended and the boundaries of our mundane perception disappear. We can then can speak to gods, command spirits, manifest our will, or transform ourselves. S-x holds a great potential for a magician, and s-x magic is a powerful vehicle of evolution, both in works of self-empowerment and in practical sorcery.

When we think about s-x in a magical context, we usually imagine a couple performing s-xual act for the sake of energy release or an auto-er-tic practice for the sake of obtaining s-xual fluids or simply empowering a ritual with org-sm. In Rituals of Pleasure I will show you that s-x can be used in many more ways, through many more techniques, and that you can have s-x both with other people and spirits or even deities. You can experience it in your bedroom, in your imagined reality, and in your dreams. You can also go completely beyond the confines of the flesh and have an amazing s-xual experience that is unlike anything you have ever had in your life. All this, however, requires an open mind and willingness to experiment with s-xual practices.

If you’ve ever used elements of s-x magic in your work, you probably know that it may enhance the effect of the rituals in a significant way. Each time we cl-max, there is a release of energy, and this release can take many forms, from simple thought-forms to complex “magical children” that can assist us in our work and empower our magical operations even more. Each time we let go and flow with s-xual pleasure, we enter a specific trance of s-xual gnosis that can be used for divination, invocation, mediumship and channeling, or even evocation of spirits. For many practitioners all this is much easier and more natural with the use of s-x magic than through any other technique.

Here is a glimpse into the primary techniques presented in the book:

Several chapters of the book are dedicated to s-xual relations with spirits, both incubi and succubi, but also other spirits that can be worked with through s-xual methods. These spirits can be your lovers, but they can also initiate you into their domain, teach you their powers, and assist you in your work by empowering your magical operations.

Both cl-max itself and a prolonged period of s-xual stimulation create a special state of mind that is especially useful in invocation and divination. It is the “little death” that shatters the ego and opens you to all forms of “out of body” experience. That is why it is considered so powerful for all kinds of channeling practices and works involving communication and interaction with the Other Side. At this point you can invite a deity or spirit to enter your body and speak through your mouth or simply you can open up to their transmissions and channel them in the form of automatic writing, drawing, spoken messages, etc. Through this technique you can glimpse into the future and the past, see events to come, or achieve a higher level of understanding and self-knowledge.

S-x magic is an excellent tool in all kinds of sigil work and consecration of magical tools and talismans. A sigil may be constructed to represent the desired outcome of the ritual, visualized and charged at the moment of cl-max and then anointed with s-xual fl-ids to empower the outcome. This technique works well both for one time manifestations and ongoing spells, and it is easy and effective at the same time.

S-x magic can be practiced alone or with a partner, or even in a group. Both approaches have their advantages and disadvantages and there are many mixed opinions of what is better. Some practitioners claim that magic performed with a partner brings better effects because there is more energy involved. On the other hand, many magicians prefer to perform s-x magic alone because they say that doing it with a partner only distracts them from the goal and they can keep a better focus if they work solo. In Rituals of Pleasure we will discuss both auto-er-tic methods and techniques meant for couples, and you will find something for yourself for sure.

This is another controversial issue among magicians. In old systems of magic, such as grimoire magic, the operator had to refrain from s-xual activities for a particular period of time to make sure he will be “pure” enough to perform the operation successfully. In modern times, this view still prevails in certain circles and some magicians prefer to stick with the traditional methods. Others, however, claim that s-xual abstinence doesn’t make sense, and s-x opens you up to the experience in a much more powerful way than celibacy, which only makes you frustrated. Again, in the book we will discuss the benefits and drawbacks of these approaches and you will have a chance to experiment with both.

S-x magic can be focused on energy alone or it can involve both the physical act and energy work. Apart from using or--sm as a technique of thought control and working with your subconscious mind, s-x can serve many magical purposes. Energy raised during s-xual act, whether auto-er-tic or with a partner, can be directed toward manifesting an intent on the physical plane, but it can also be kept within the body for the purpose of health improvement, well-being, or inner alchemy and spiritual self-transformation. The s-xual trance can elevate us and allow us to experience mystical states, if such is the goal of our work. It can also manifest purely physical things in our life if our goal is this kind of manifestation. In other words, if you know how to raise and direct your s-xual energy, you can achieve practically anything, from simple mundane things, like extra cash manifesting in your life to advanced spiritual initiations and developing your ability to become god-like. It is therefore an excellent tool of Left Hand Path magic, and from this perspective it is approached in Rituals of Pleasure.
