E.A. Koetting: Hey guys, this is E.A. Keotting, coming at you with Bill Duvendack. Now you've got this work on Enochian Magick that has been highly anticipated and much needed. Just go ahead and give us an introduction to this book, this video course, and what people can expect.

Bill Duvendack: So Wails of the Wandering Angels: Enochian Book Alpha is an introduction to Enochian Magick, but it's unlike any you've seen before. It hits the high points, it does leave some details out because I wanted to cut corners. And the reason I cut corners is there have been Enochian books published for decades, so I don't want to get lost in the shuffle. It gives you everything you need to start performing Enochian Magick, and it also highlights the subjective nature of Enochian, so it puts more control in your hands. You can decide how you want to approach it. I tell you the things that can be cut out, I tell you the things that should not be cut out. And then The Enochian Chronicles contains Wails and two previously-released, limited-edition grimoires, In the Shadow of the Watchtower and Dark Fruit, that takes the journey a step further building on the foundation of Wails.

E.A. Koetting: And so, in taking Enochian and creating a true Left Hand Path black magick system of it, what I'm understanding is that you were able to do that without violating the principles of Enochian itself. While working within the integrity of the system, you were able to bring out the hidden aspects of it that do allow it to be really a Left Hand Path system.

Bill Duvendack: Correct. I did my best to separate the wheat from the chaff. So, if it was an important part of the current, if it was something that was emphasized and driven home, I left it in. If it was something that I see debated a lot in various circles, I either left it in or took it out, but I still addressed it so that you, the reader, know that if this is something that speaks to you, there's plenty of stuff out there. You don't have to blindly follow what I'm putting in the book.

E.A. Koetting: What advantages is Enochian Magick going to give the magician beyond what other systems can offer?

Bill Duvendack: Results. Manifested results. Whether it's manifested in your own consciousness or whether it's manifested in the physical world, you're going to see results. Number two, it is its own system. I do know of three or four people that are not occultists, but they exclusively work with Enochian. Number three, it's its own kingdom of spirits.

E.A. Koetting: Yeah, and very, very powerful and mysterious spirits. It seems like one of the things I've gotten from your work and from anything I've looked at with this, is that it is a mystery that is always deepening. Have you seen the Mandelbrot set? You know what that is?

It's a beautiful mathematical model that's also representative pictographically, that the more you zoom in, the more detail you see, and more detailed it becomes. Enochian Magick seems to be exactly that, and quite the opposite of closed system, it is as open as it can possibly be. That's amazing.

Now is this for everybody? It's a stupid question that has an obvious answer, but I'll throw that to you. Is this for everyone?

Bill Duvendack: Well, it's not a stupid question and it's not for beginners. So, if you're beginning, you might want to think twice, do a little more research. And when I say research here, I don't mean research Enochian — I mean learning basic magick fundamentals like invocation, evocation, ritual tools, and things like that.

E.A. Koetting: You should have a foundation in spirit communication, scrying, the necessities of being able to actually make contact.

Bill Duvendack: Exactly, exactly. And even though you can use Enochian if you have spiritual wounds, I would encourage you to deal with those spiritual wounds before you work with Enochian. An example of a spiritual wound is if you are raised Christian, you left Christianity, embraced the Left Hand Path, but you're still of the mindset of "screw you Christianity." That's that spiritual wound that needs heal. You'll know you're healed when you can look at it and say, that's Christianity. When it does not get that knee-jerk emotional response.
