Subject: New to beading or experienced?

Hello Happy Beaders!

Whether you are new to beading, or an experienced beader we have beading kits for all levels. I get asked quite often, How do I choose a level? That is a good question and here is the answer. Beginner is usually learning the stitch, usually larger beads, and mostly repetitive. Beginner- intermediate, adds another variation, perhaps smaller beads, or variation of the stitch. Intermediate would be for one that knows the stitch or stitches, and has experience beading.. Intermediate to advanced, usually has many stitches, has connections, and variations, complex charts or directions. Advanced is usually more complicated connections, lots of threads, difficult intersections, small beads etc... If you are ever confused as to what kits will be best for you feel free to email or call and we can guide you. It is not an exact science and our instructions are step by step. Some people are more skilled in general because they have done other hobbies, such as crochet, knitting, needlepoint etc. If you ever get a kit that seems too difficult call us and we can guide you in getting a kit that is a step down. You will learn what you need to do and then you can go back to the first kit. For those of you who don't know me, I have had and still have a retail shop in Florida where I have been teaching beading for over 30 years. Several of our kits come with a you tube video. If you are in the South Florida area we have Private, one on one instruction. Let's look as some kits for summer!  Glenda
