Ain’t no such thing as throwaways
The Misha May Foundation, a local charity that helps injured and other “throwaway” dogs find loving homes, is holding an immense garage sale from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, May 21, and from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, May 22, at 3901 E. Seventh Avenue Parkway. Busy volunteers have been collecting all manner of desirable items, including tools, toiletries for both humans and dogs, garden supplies, housewares, videos, jewelry and more.
