One topic that still lingers on everyone's lips this week is the constant decline in the Naira, each day with a different heartwrenching rate. We all know what this means for us - an increase in the price of absolutely everything. Even when you earn in a foreign currency, you still get to buy your domestic needs at a very high price, so apparently, we all are affected by this unfortunate event.

Except a miracle happens, we know that the currency hardly returns to the rate which it was before the decline. This is not to point out the obvious, but to remind you what this means for all your pending projects. Sadly, the prices of equipment and materials won't be the same as it was before, the prices would continue climbing to the high side with each passing day.

Close all loose ends before they become totally undoable due to increased prices. If you have a pending or unattended quote, check for its expiry date and commence the necessary action. Trying to reach a decision about an upcoming project? You should consider doing it as quickly as you can!
