Management/Automation System (BMS/BAS) awarded to ONESOURCE Nigeria Limited was
to Design, Install and Program Building Management System for Automation,
control, and monitoring of: 4 Air-cooled Chillers, 4 Constant Speed Pumps, 6
VFD controlled pumps, 98 Modulating Valve Actuators, 5 Air handling Units, 11
Extract Fans, 91 Fan coil Units, 4 Pressurization Units, 4Calorifier, 2
Domestic water storage tanks, Fire alarm panel, etc.

The Selected building management system
for the project was the Smartstruxure solution by Schneider using a combination
of Lonworks TAC Xenta controllers, and Automation Server IO-Bus Modules.

| In summary the building maintenance staffs monitors and controls the
system from the powerful SBO1.7 Graphics workstation. The workstation allows
the Staff to tour the entire facility, monitor and adjust space and zone
temperatures set points,

Humidity set points, Occupancy schedules, pumps and
valves etc. and further implement more energy saving strategies. Using a single
interface for many tasks reduces the training requirement for Maintenance Staff
and enhances their capacity to optimize the system potential. |
