The GOLD board, also known as the Diamond Skill VII, has been a huge hit! The 3-game platform includes two nudge games and one hot swap game - Nut Shack, Oil Rush, and Box Office. Team Banilla has been working particularly hard to complete “ Diamond Skill Platinum” - Georgia’s first truly interactive dual-screen game. We debuted the Platinum games and cabinet options at the February GAMOA meeting, which we also sponsored. Everyone was itching to see them early, so before the GAMOA meeting we hosted a “sneak peek” event in Atlanta on Wednesday February 24th. We had an incredible turnout and needless to say head’s were turned! As always, Platinum will not only be available as complete units, but you can also purchase the board separately.

Many of you interact with our technical support staff on a regular basis and are familiar with the names and faces of our staff. As you grow, we grow, and the need for additional personnel is required. We are proud to introduce the newest member of our Technical Support Staff, Theo Lucas. Theo comes to us from Wilson, NC and started with Banilla Games in May 2015. He was previously in Sales in the HVAC industry, has been married for three years, and also has three kids - two boys and one girl - ages 15, 12, and 7. “Working with the Banilla team is truly fun! They are a great group of young and inspired talent, and I’m happy to be a part of it.” says Theo. Tip of the day from Theo, “Many operators and technicians are not aware of the support materials we have available on our website at www.banillagames.com. As much as I like interacting with everyone, I wanted to ensure everyone was aware of the ‘Service Tab’ on our website.
