| Banilla Games, Inc. of Greenville, North Carolina, announced today that they are shipping two new games in their Diamond Skill line of games for the Georgia COAM market. Diamond Skill Games I, II, and III are now joined by “Nudge Factory” and “Hot Swap Collection”. The number four game in the lineup is “Nudge Factory”, a three-game title composed of three brand new nudge type games. Number five is the “Hot Swap Collection” which has three “Hot Swap” games. While the nudge type games have been great earning games for many years, most industry insiders are already saying that the Georgia COAM market will see new and innovative types of skill features in the coming years. According to Tim Smith, Vice-President of Banilla Games, “We have been very pleased by the reaction to our “Hot Swap” games and you can be sure that you will be seeing other brand new skill features from Banilla in the very near future.” |

| | Grover Gaming More Than Doubles Headquarters Size! |
| | All of the software and art assets for all the Banilla Games Diamond Skill game platforms are actually created by Grover Gaming Inc., the sister company to Banilla Games. Currently, Grover and Banilla share company headquarters in a 12,000 square foot facility in Greenville North Carolina. Due to the success of the various Banilla Games across the country, the headquarters building is bursting at the seams with office staff, designers, programmers, artists, and all the other great people that are necessary to produce Banilla Games in-house.
To alleviate the severe over-crowding, Grover Gaming has started construction of not one, but two, new additions to the facility in Greenville. These two additions add over 14,000 square feet of space. The Banilla Times will keep you posted on the progress! |

| Alabama Market Looks Promising
Bonafide Coin Amusement Games are legal in Alabama. While the Alabama statutory law specifies that they operate “... by the application of some skill...”, the Alabama Supreme Court has held that skill must predominate over chance in determining the outcome of the game. This has made life difficult for game manufacturers until now. Banilla Games Vice-President Tim Smith thinks the new game concept he has developed may be just what the doctor ordered for Alabama. “We are in the final design and testing stages on a couple three game platforms with a new patent-pending concept that would be ideal for that market” said Smith earlier this week when asked about an Alabama game. Smith also said that these games should be released in October. |
