My good friend and fellow life coach in Australia, Katie DeJong, interviewed me about my own coaching work as part of her online 'Conversations That Matter' series. We discuss the powerful healing modality I offer called 'Inner Child Integration.'

My entire adult life, I felt like I had a black cloud over my head. No matter what I tried, I couldn't shake it. Then I learned about Inner Child Integration and I spent some time doing the work. And one day I realized - the black cloud was gone. And while I've had my share of challenges, I've been able to meet them with an underlying feeling of self-compassion and hope. The work I did helped me regain my feeling of wholeness, purpose and peace.
