There are a few new coins that have been released into circulation recently - this email is to let you know that the Digital Version of the 'Pirate Guide to Collecting Australian Coins' has been updated with these new coins.

As you probably know, Woolworths has released a new set of three $2 Coins into circulation to celebrate the Commonwealth Games. These 3 coins have been added to the Two Dollar chapter.

Woolworths & the Mint are selling a set containing these three $2 Coins plus four $1 Coins. While these $1 Coins are not intended for circulation, some of them will likely end up in the Woolworths cash registers after the promotion (from unsold sets). This happened with previous Woolworths promotions like the Wiggles Coins (2021). So I have added images of these four coins to the One Dollar chapter.

Other updates include the glossary in the first chapter, the coloured 'X' coin from the recent Alphabet set and a few wording updates. There were no new coins added to the 50c, 20c, 10c or 5c chapters. However, as the page numbers have changed with the new coins in the earlier chapters, you may want to download the latest version of all 7 chapters so that your page numbers are consistent.
