There have been some updates in the coin world over the last few weeks, and these coin guides have the latest info for you.
There are 2 main updates - new coins to look for and updated mintages that include 2019 coins. Here are the details of what's changed...
1. New Coins:
First up, there are some new coins that have been released into circulation since you last downloaded your guide:
a. The Donation Dollar (coloured One Dollar coin)
b. The Firefighter coin (coloured Two Dollar coin)
c. The 2020 standard coins (regular Aussie coins with 2020 on the heads side)
2. Coin Mintages
The other big update is that the Mint has finalised the mintages for the 2019 coins (and updated a few older coins as well).
This means that the new guides will help you figure out which coins are more scarce.
>> Check out the numbers for the fifty cent coins from 2019 - they are REALLY low mintage. So if you have any fifty cent coins from 2019 with the Coat of Arms on the tails side, keep them - they're becoming valuable.
