Subject: healthy arguing techniques for relationships

"Healthy" and "arguing" are two words that most people would say don't go together.

But the truth is knowing how to argue well is the key to having a lasting relationship.

When two people come together they come from different backgrounds, upbringing, often cultures, trauma history, life experience and the list really could go on.

You are different from your partner and you think about life in different ways, as do they!

Yet, we often these realities when in heated discussion.

That's because relationships are "high-stakes". They're important to us! We chose our person and ideally we want to stick with them...

And arguments have a tendency to bring up some our deepest wounds, emotions and fear of loss.

As well, our partner often has the tendency to get under our skin in just the perfect way.... Oh you that that lock-key fit was for the positive stuff?

Well, it goes for the hard-relationship stuff, as well.

I created the healthy arguing techniques video for you this week if you want to learn how to bridge the gap with your partner, feel heard in your discussions, and gain reconnection fast!
