Monday, Oct. 19th:Monday is a big day (astrologically speaking):
the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius all day. Where it will journey
until Wednesday very early morning. We're strongly motivated to explore and learn. We're not likely to be big fans of routine -- diversity and new adventures work best at this time -- we're also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.
We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired -- but we also have a high degree of independence, which means we'd rather inspire others to do things our way, than take orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.
As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge -- just watch out you aren't overdoing or overstating things.
Monday very early morning,
a challenging Mars/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 1:38am EDT.
We started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 11th on, it will remain strong until next week, Monday evening (Oct. 26th). This aspect is an opportunity to grow by stretching between two poles:
On the one hand, we want to move fast and follow our personal passions; on the other hand, we also want to take a look at the longer game for society and at our limited beliefs around worldly achievements -- understanding our long-term strategies before we make a move.
Here's the question: Do these desires have to be in conflict with each other? What if there were a way to honor our desire for a passionate, exciting new beginning on a personal level, while also expanding our perspectives around the longer game for society? What if this could also be combined with honoring our quest for a socially responsible way of life? And what if that way of life could feel exciting and sustainable for all?
We seek excitement and growth right now; we may not be satisfied with how things are -- we feel an inner restlessness which demands freedom and "space" but doesn't necessarily return the favor. We may have a tendency to overdo or over-exert -- and our expectations of ourselves and others might be way too high.
Ask yourself: What might open up if I expected 5% less of myself, just for today? What if I applied that to others too? Might my physical and mental energy levels help me be realistic about how much I can expect of myself right now?
With this aspect, we never feel that we have enough experiences, knowledge, connections, etc. -- it's difficult knowing when to stop. If you can, pause and reflect: this will help with that feeling that you can't get enough, no matter what you do. If we're going to get tripped up here, it would be because we don't know when to stop (or say no).
That said: we needn't expect to feel tormented -- in fact, this could well be a playful and humorous time, with lots of joking around (including practical jokes) smiles, and laughter. The key to this aspect is connecting the desire to be fully ourselves to our pull toward expansive yet truthful worldly explorations.
We also talked in more detail about the
"Mars aspects with Jupiter, Pluto & Saturn in Capricorn", in relationship to our own birth charts, in a previous webinar.
For more info or to purchase this webinar, click here.Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-23 degrees of Aries, Capricorn, Libra, or Cancer ? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Aries or Sagittarius (Mars is the ruler of Aries, Jupiter of Sagittarius).
Also,
Monday very early morning,
a somewhat challenging Venus/Mars aspect becomes exact at 3:03am EDT.
We started to feel this aspect build from Sunday very early morning (Oct. 18th) on,
it will remain strong until Tuesday very early morning. We feel uneasy about something, sort of awkward; we need to make a choice. We need to develop inner awareness, so we can make adjustments.
This might concern compromising with others. Our enthusiasm might make us impatient or hasty with others. Our values may not be in alignment with those we work with. As best as you can, keep choosing the "better" alternative, adjusting as needed.
When life slows down, or becomes uncomfortable, simplify and be patient. We are changing and growing in ways that we can't comprehend right now. Stay as open and observant as you can. Ask yourself: How neutral could I allow myself to be?
This combo could also be related to health aspect, so as best as you can, take extra care of your physical well-being and follow daily routines that support your physical energy.
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-22 degrees of Virgo or Aries? If so, you will feel this aspect quite strongly. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra, or Aries (Venus rules Taurus and Libra; Mars rules Aries).
Monday very early morning,
a harmonious Venus/Jupiter aspect becomes exact at 3:35am EDT.
We started to feel this aspect build from last week Friday (Oct. 16th) on,
it will remain strong until this Wednesday morning. This aspect brings a good dose of optimism, faith and a sense of the "bigger picture" to our business relationships and daily work or wellness routines. We tend to relate to others in a positive (even inspiring) manner; as you can imagine, it is thus much easier to make social contacts.
Our outlook is more cheerful and hopeful, the atmosphere cooperative, yet grounded in reality -- it's a great time for winning people's enthusiasm. We are more optimistic and trusting with colleagues and authority figures. We might feel an urge to do business with people from other countries or foreign cultures, just to widen our horizons.
Financially, there might be a tendency to spend more than usual, as we feel confident that an abundance of resources is available to us.
The thing to watch out for is the feeling that we don't have to actually do anything to "cash in".There are indeed definitely plenty of opportunities to be had, financial and otherwise, especially in connection with government contracts (or anything that involves public office). Educational businesses, or endeavors, the wellness industry, and the travel industry are also highlighted ;-)
Ask yourself: What opportunities are opening up to me at this time? What connections might bring about expansion? What if I asked "who" as well as "how"?
Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 16-23 degrees of Virgo, Capricorn or Taurus? If so, you will be most blessed by this aspect. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Taurus, Libra or Sagittarius (Venus is the ruler of Taurus and Libra; Jupiter is the ruler of Sagittarius).
Last but not least,
Monday late evening,
a Mercury/Uranus opposition becomes exact at 10:53pm EDT.
We started to feel this aspect build from Oct. 3rd on, it will remain strong until Thursday evening (Oct. 22nd). This is an unusually long time for an aspect involving Mercury (due to the planet's current Station and Retrograde phase).
We are better off thinking outside the box for as long as this aspect is in effect. We want to change a life situation (or intimate relationship) that is out of alignment with who we now want to be.
Our minds may feel overwhelmed by what all this means, especially as it relates to our intimate relationships or financial partnerships. Stay calm, as best as you can: Sudden or rash decisions might backfire. Do your best to ground all your thinking, connect to your body, and allow yourself to fully receive any new insights.
We are very likely to feel quite nervous or anxious at this time, as we become aware of what's not working for us anymore -- and the itch to move forward and realize a new vision feels very strong. It may well be true that something needs to change -- but we must take care not to rush into anything.
Think back to late April /
early May of this year,
when Mercury aligned with Uranus in Taurus: What was your thinking then? What seeds did you plant, related to your own individuation process, or the reinvention of your earning power? Have those seeds sprouted? Did you have an "Aha moment" since then? What still needs to change? We are also now more aware of what we have (and haven't) communicated since then... Is there room for more integration?
