Monday, March 9th:Monday,
the Moon remains in detail-oriented, practical Virgo all day; turning our focus toward the practical and wholesome. We are generous with our time/services and we love to help others. We also have a fondness for science and anything that makes sense in our world -- things and knowledge we can apply and use.
Health might come also into focus at this time. We notice the parts that make up the whole; this is a great time to see if our daily routines (eating, work, self-care, etc.) align with our long-term goals. This Moon placement from Sunday morning (March 8th) on, started the build up towards the Full Moon (exact this afternoon).
As mentioned above,
the Moon’s entrance into Virgo started the energetic build up towards the
Full Moon that will be "exact" today
(Monday) at 1:48pm EDT in a
little over 19.5 degrees of Virgo. This particular Full Moon has a heightened effect on us, as it is also a
SuperMoon (i.e., the Moon is at its closest distance to the Earth); SuperMoons generate greater gravitational and electromagnetic pulls on our physical and emotional bodies — and pull more powerfully on our psyches too, increasing emotionality and fostering larger shifts in consciousness.

A
Full Moon is always an opposition between the Moon and the Sun; during these oppositions, we seek balance, alignment and integration around two perspectives that seem like polar opposites. Very often, we experience this through our interactions with others, and since these interactions are also the pathway to resolution, relationships of all kinds are highlighted during Full Moons.
In this case,
the Moon in Virgo opposes the Sun in Pisces (if you are already familiar with this polarity, feel free to skip ahead to the aspects involved in this Full Moon chart...)
Virgo seeks personal wholeness, while
Pisces reminds us of a transcendent wholeness — our divinity and interconnectedness with all of life.
Virgo benefits from apprenticeship, whereas
Pisces learns to trust inner guidance above all else -- when balanced, we are able to discern without judgment, serve without obligation, and love all of creation, including ourselves.
Virgo analyzes,
Pisces feels: We are invited to discern what's real, so we can make healthier choices.
To find the balance between
Virgo and
Pisces, ask yourself...

If so, this month's Full Moon will affect you more; the same is true for those of us with our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Monday at 11:49pm EDT,
Mercury comes to a halt at 28º of Aquarius -- ending its 3-week Retrograde phase, and slowly starts its direct motion. As best as you can, go with the flow, keep an open mind and pay attention to anything that is in your face right now -- you may need to address those issues again, when Mercury moves through its Shadow phase…more on that later.
We are slowly ready to shift our focus back towards the outer world again, taking in new information and sharing from a new perspective. What did you learn about your intuitive knowingness and inner divinity over the past 3 weeks? How might you share your findings in a healthy way with others? What needs to be addressed with regards to your future vision or what you feel intuitively connected to?
When
Mercury gets back to its regular speed (by
March 15th), communication and transportation will get back to normal; the same is true of any associated gadgets, vehicles, etc.
Some of us will feel the effects of this station more than others: those of us with Gemini or Virgo as our Sun- or Rising-Sign (Ascendant) -- and those of us with personal planets (or angles) in the following: 26-29 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus, Scorpio, or 0 degrees of Pisces, Virgo, Gemini or Sagittarius.
Also,
Monday,
Mercury’s post-Shadow phase begins -- lasting
until March 29th.... as you may recall, I mentioned Mercury Shadow phases in this update a few weeks back: If you want to buy, sell or ship big-ticket items, it's best to avoid the periods shortly before Mercury goes retrograde, and after it goes direct. This is especially true if the items are connected to...
