Monday, June 17th:
Monday,
the Moon remains in optimistic, adventurous, truth-seeking Sagittarius until 12:13pm EDT. We're strongly motivated to explore and learn. We're not likely to be big fans of routine -- diversity and new adventures work best at this time -- we're also physically restless and need to burn that off with activity and physical exercise.
We tend to feel more open, optimistic and inspired -- but we also have a high degree of independence -- and taking these two influences together, this means we'd rather inspire others to do things our way, as opposed to issuing or obeying orders. Inspiring others could come easier than normal, as we can see the bigger picture, leaving us confident that others will agree with us, once they see what we see.
As best as you can, speak your truth without assuming that everyone is on the same page as you. Improvisation works well for us at this time, as we are spontaneous and love living on the edge -- just watch out you aren't overdoing or overstating things. This Moon placement started the build up towards the Full Moon (exact today, early morning, June 17th). If you are currently a Member of my online community, feel free to watch my Full Moon video (that was posted on June 13th).
Monday at 4:31am EDT,
the Full Moon in almost 26 degrees of Sagittarius becomes exact.
We started to feel this aspect from the moment the Moon entered Sagittarius, early on Saturday morning, June 15th. For the next two weeks, we seek balance, as we become more aware of something that needs to be brought into alignment or integrated. The balance in question is between our mental processes -- symbolized by
Gemini -- and our quest for a larger truth or meaning (linked to
Sagittarius).
It's important to realize that the
Sagittarian urge to "go beyond" is essential for our growth; when it comes to balancing these energies, that same urge can play a crucial role in how we interact with others and share information -- in other words, that Gemini energy.
The Moon Nodes in Cancer/Capricorn, Neptune in Pisces, and Jupiter in Sagittarius all play a crucial role in this Full Moon chart. Jupiter is still retrograde at the time of the Full Moon -- and this signifies an inner process of some sort, one directly connected to the Full Moon energy.
The Moon Nodes are conjunct Mercury & Mars on the Cancer end, and Pluto & Saturn on the Capricorn end; this asks us to find a healthy balance between inner and outer satisfaction and fulfillment.
As you may recall from my last New Moon video/article,
Neptune is still exalted, preparing for its retrograde phase on June 21st.
More about the specifics in a moment, but one thing to remember in general:
Full Moons are always times of awareness and culmination. We see things that we have not seen before, and we get a chance to make some changes, if we don't like what we see. So
think back to the New Moon phase that started on
June 3rd: What seeds were planted at that time? What has culminated since?
So let's first talk about the
Sagittarius-Gemini polarity: At its highest vibration,
Sagittarius shows us... current Members get access

Do you have your Ascendant, Career Point (or personal planets) in 24-28 degrees of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, or Pisces? If so, you are more affected by this month's Full Moon. This is also true for those of us who have our Ascendant or Sun-sign in Leo or Cancer (the Sun rules Leo; the Moon rules Cancer).
Monday at 4:31am EDT, at the same time as the Full Moon becomes exact, we also enter a
Moon Void of Course, that lasts for a little over 7.5 hours
until 12:13pm EDT. Use this intuitive time to balance your need for physical, mental, or spiritual adventure and exploration against your desire to connect and share yourself with others.
As always with a
Moon VoC, as best as you can, don't start anything brand-new, stick to routine things, or simply go with the flow. You may also want to plan Monday early morning until the early afternoon ahead of time.
Monday at 12:13pm EDT,
the Moon moves into practical, accomplishment-oriented Capricorn, where it will journey
until Wednesday late evening. We tend to be more realistic, serious, cautious; this can support practical endeavors and financial matters.
Our ambition surges and brings with it a need for structure and planning; when you add in the pragmatism this aspect supports, you can see how this could be a very productive time for business and long-term goals. Our reputation becomes very important to us.
As best as you can during this aspect, avoid "should-ing" on yourself. Take the pressure off, perhaps by saying "I am doing the best I can and that's all I can ever do" ;-)
Saturn is the ruler of
Capricorn; it is currently transiting through its own sign, making this a great time to take look at your long-term aspirations and anything that you would like to master over the next three years. It's also a great time to take a more serious look at our strategies for self-mastery.
For starters: Do you truly see "what's so" in your life (as opposed to what you merely wish it to be, or what you would like it to be, or where you see yourself going, etc)? What is actually so right now? Once you have a handle on where "A" is, it's easier to "go from A to B" -- whether "B" is self-mastery or standing on the mountaintop.
Monday all day and tomorrow (Tuesday) until 11am EDT,...
