Join the nationwide flashmob art movement brought to you by Artists4Peace

An open invitation for all artists, non-artists, kids, students, teachers, adults, builders, artisans, & activists

Artists4Peace is a grassroots coalition of artists for gun safety formed in response to the Uvalde tragedy.

Wings4Peace is their nationwide movement to inspire peace and understanding about gun safety through an on-going national art project.

Participants will create several pieces of wing-themed art and share each piece in coordination with other artists and creators around the nation.

SPREAD YOUR WINGS & SPREAD THE WORD!
WINGS: A symbol of safety, freedom, new directions

This project has two main components:
 
1 - An art piece that will evolve over the course of months

2 - An incorporated message about gun safety that will be revealed one word at a time over the course of months
There’s no limit to what we can accomplish when we do it hand in hand

How is an art project going to make a difference?

You know better than most that art movements work. This initiative is just the beginning. It's how we plan to pull together the nation's creative energy to instigate change. We know that art has an extraordinary way of stirring up emotion, sparking action, and enhancing community wellbeing.
