Trace Burroughs and Amy Kaplan, art show producers and artists, are curating a pop-up gallery art show in the heart of Westport, 53 Post Road East, May 10-20, benefiting Clasp Homes of Westport. All art will be for sale.
There is an opening reception Sat. May 12, 4-6pm with food, wine and music. The music will be provided by the very talented classical guitarist Glenn Roth. Glenn plays regularly throughout the northeast and tours nationally & internationally to bring his music to new fans and locales.
This will be one of 2 shows happening in the months of May and June. Come for the party, view and buy some art from this new group of 16 exceptional local artists.
Clasp Homes is a Westport nonprofit organization that create and support family environments for people with autism and intellectual disabilities, by attracting and retaining a nurturing and dedicated staff.
The 16 local artists exhibiting works in pop-up show 1 will be Judith Lambertson, Kat Evans, Sue Benton, Larry Gordon, Karen Vogel, Miggs Burroughs, Jane Lubin, Irene Penny, Mary Harold, Arpad Krizan, Susan Fehlinger, Nina Bentley, Lee Walther, Tom Bernstern, Amy Kaplan, and Trace Burroughs.
