Dear Artists of the Cultural Alliance,
Do you have an unopened package of N95 masks in your studio? If you use a mask any stage of your art process for screening particulate matter, please check. These are of vital importance to the healthcare industry right now, as they block the COVID-19 virus, and there is a serious shortage.
As a fellow member of the Cultural Alliance, I'd like to ask you if you'd donate these, on behalf of Stratford Mutual Aid and a series of mutual aid groups in the county. They will be given to healthcare providers at Norwalk Hospital and other area institutions. We have two donation centers in Stratford. If you are in another town, please email quarantineassist.stratford@gmail.com and we will connect you with a volunteer who will safely get this material to a hospital.
