| On Thursday, July 18, 4-6pm, the CT Office of the Arts (COA) is offering an information session about how to become an official "Teaching Artist" in the State of CT. with information about the renewed direction the Office of the Arts is taking with teaching artists. The Office of the Arts is partnering with Oddfellows Playhouse in Middletown to serve Connecticut teaching artists, acting as a hub, providing opportunities for Teaching Artists to meet formally and informally for discussion groups, professional development, networking and field development.
All teaching artists and those interested in knowing more about the professional field of teaching artists are welcome to attend. So please come, and please bring a colleague new to or interested in the field with you. Please RSVP to: info@oddfellows.org. Please write July 18th in the subject line. This will help COA know how many to expect. |
