Dear Friend,

I wanted to keep you up to speed with my imminent USA trip and
ask for your prayers.

I've pasted in the details of the various dates & venues at the
bottom of this email and there are more details to be found at
www.rrm-usa.org.

This trip has come at the invitation of Kevin & Rosemary
Sambrook, pastors from Belfast, who have asked me to lead
worship at a series of events entitled walking in the footsteps
of St. Patrick.

I guess I'm thinking of the following prayer points, but of
course I'm also open to input from you too.

1. Shirley and the girls at home: I'm getting to travel and do
'my thing' but my absence at home leaves more pressure on
Shirley. Don't get me wrong, Leigh-Ann & Zoe are great but it
seems that when I'm away sometimes challenges arise that they
could do without.

2. Travel safety and smooth delivery of luggage inc guitar &
gear! I fly from Dublin on Mon 12th and return from Nashville on
Tues 20th.

3. Neil Andrews from the Nashville church (below) has
coordinated a band for all the events (except Branson) - the
line up sounds great and includes the legendary Chester Thompson
who drums for Genesis and Phil Collins. However, we've not played
together before and the most important thing is that we 'flow' in
worship. I'd appreciate your prayers for that and the unknown
quantity that is the Branson event - I'm not sure what musicians
are available there and we don't have much time to rehearse
beforehand. In fact it could be me on my own (which is fine too)
- so again, prayer for that would be great.

4. I've had a number of prophetic words over the years about
opportunities for my music and worship opening up in the US and
this trip seems to be a fulfillment, in part, of that. One of the
things I feel I'd like to see happen this time around is some
network connections with people, churches, organizations etc
that would lead to more doors opening and more US relationships
developing. Specifically I'd like to see some dates for this
summer (late July/Aug 07) materialize that would give me the
chance to come back and bring Shirley and the girls along and
combine a family break with some ministry. Again, I'd really
welcome your prayers, and any wisdom you might receive, for all
that.

I will have my laptop with me and with the helps of wireless
hot spots at the likes of Starbucks etc I should have regular
email access.
