I
have been creating coffee recipes for you which came from a discussion with
Rich Bala, our own famous Hudson Valley musician and vocalist who has
entertained thousands of people with his regional folk music.
When
we were having a discussion about how he could eliminate his sugar laden mocha
latte, I
promised I would come up with a recipe which would rival
the most famous mocha latte he has ever had. And it had to be
decadently nutritious and delicious. That promise put me to the test and I've purchased many different types of coffee, and

will introduce Dr. Kavulich's decadent iced mocha latte which I promise will
