lemon and one other citrus fruit daily with at least 64 oz. of purified or
distilled water • Aromatherapy: Choose wonderful antimicrobial essential oils. My favorites are
lemon, cinnamon, clove bud, eucalyptus, oregano oil, and tea tree oil.
