Geeks who Drink Trivia

Geeks Who Drink brings the nation's best live hosted pub quiz to Six Car Pub & Brewery! Join them on February 12th at 7:30 PM for eight rounds of audio, visual, and live hosted trivia. The quiz is free to play and prizes will be given for answering bonus questions and to top teams!

They will be offering a Couple's special all week (February 11th - 15th) from 5 to 10 PM. For $125, couples will each get their choice of a starter, entree, and dessert. For just $25 more they will also get two glasses of wine each!

The Gatsby Murder Mystery

The Drunken Oyster

Ballet: Riders of the Plains

The Lone Star Ballet presents this inspiring ballet on at the Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts. The performances will be on February 14th at 7:30 PM and 15th at 3 PM.

Three Star Memorial Roping

Come out to the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition on February 15th and 16th starting at 9 AM for this roping event! The Three Star Memorial is a Non-Profit Organization. Their mission is to engage and enable students in the Rodeo Industry to be scholars inside and outside of the arena, in the community, and to make a difference in the world.

Tyuonyi: 55th Annual Winter Night Show

The Kwahadi Museum of the American Indian invites you to come out and enjoy their 55th Annual Winter Night Show, Tyuonyi. These authentic Native American dances are performed by the local children who they were taught to. Don't miss your chance to see this fantastic show on February 15th at 6:30 PM!

Carnival

This annual event is going on its 11th year and will be held on February 15th from 7 to 11 PM. The tickets are $60. There will be an international menu, music by Noah Jenda, gaming provided by Palo Duro Ambucs, a Mardi Gras Store, and much more!

Vanessa German: In a Fit of Glory

The Amarillo Museum of Art is displaying this new exhibit until April 5th. Vanessa German is an American sculptor, painter, writers, activist, performer, and poet based in Pittsburgh. German is a self-described citizen artist, and explore the power of art and love as a transformative force in the dynamic cultural exosystem of communities and neighborhoods.

The Harmon and Harriet Kelley Collection of African American Art: Works on Paper

The Amarillo Museum of Art presents one of the most comprehensive traveling exhibitions ever organized featuring works on paper by African American artists from the 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries. Don't miss this amazing collection on display until March 29, 2020.

Native Lifeways of the Plains

This exhibit showcases the material culture of the indigenous people of the Great Plains. Among the key artifacts featured are Quanah Parker’s headdress and lance, the Kiowa calendar, and a recently conserved breastplate dating circa 1880. Select pieces from the museum’s art and photographic collections are included to help contextualize the objects within the scope of traditional lifeways. See this exhibit during regular museum hours until May 2020.
