  • Native Lifeways of the Plains at Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, during regular business hours until May 22nd. This exhibit draws principally from the museum's ethnology collection to showcase the material culture of the indigenous people of the Great Plains. Among the key artifacts featured are Quanah Parker's headdress and lance, the Kiowa calendar, and a recently conserved breastplate circa 1880. 806.651.2244  
  • AMoA Open at Amarillo Museum of Art, during regular business hours until January 12th. Free. This is a unique initiative designed to give artists of all ages and levels of experience an opportunity to exhibit their work in a museum setting.   • Hockey Game at Amarillo Civic Center Complex, January 10th, 11th, and 12th at 7:05 PM. $14 for adults and $9 for children over 12. Come cheer on the Amarillo Bulls as they take on the competition! 806.242.1122
  • Mindfulness at the Museum: Art Centered at Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, January 11th at 10 AM. $10. Nameste! Find your center at PPHM with their friendly "back to basics" Yoga class centered in their art galleries. Call 806.651.2242 for questions.
  • The Play that Goes Wrong at Amarillo Civic Center Complex Auditorium, January 11th at 7:30 PM and 12th at 3:00 PM. $30 - $70. What would happen if Sherlock Holmes and Monty Python had an illegitimate Broadway baby? You'd get this award-winning smash comedy! 806.378.3096
