  • Tuesday, February 1st at 7:30 PM: Art Force Series: 2022 Jam with Love, Amarillo College Concert Hall, W 22nd Ave, Amarillo, TX 79109, The AC Music Department faculty assembles to share the music of love that nurtures the Valentine spirit. This is a chance for everyone who is feeling cooped up by winter’s inclemency to get out and hear spirited strains of optimism and hope.

  • Friday, February 4th from 9:45 AM -12:00 PM: Coffee & Cuties, Don Harrington Discovery Center, 1200 Streit Dr, Amarillo, TX 79106, Coffee & Cuties offers entertainment for the tots and gives mom, dad, or grandparents the opportunity to sit back and relax! Your child will participate in storytime that is paired with a fun craft or science activity, both led by DHDC Staff.


  • Saturday, February 5th from 12 PM - 4 PM: Blind Bird Designs Workshop, From 6th Collective, 18100 I-40 West Amarillo, Texas 79124, Join Blind Bird Designs for a Mobile Glass Blowing event at From 6th Collective. Create your own glass-blown flowers under the guidance of a skilled glass artist. You will apply your colors to the glass, and assist in the shaping of your unique item.

  • Saturday, February 5th from 11 AM - 3 PM: Craftership Market, Wolflin Village, 2625 Woflin Ave Amarillo, TX 79109, shop local goods ranging from micro-greens to specialty jams, and artisan crafts. After you're done shopping local, high-quality goods, check out the rest of the shops in the area.

  • Saturday, February 5th, 7 PM: Los 3 Grandes: Huracanes, Primavera y Rieleros, La Hacienda Amarillo, 10500 US-287, Amarillo, TX 79108, Enjoy live Norteño bands at La Hacienda Amarillo. Doors open at 7 PM.

  • Saturday, February 5th, 8 PM: Guerra de Chistes Comedy Show, Amarillo Civic Center, 401 S Buchanan St, Amarillo, TX 79101, Amarillo Civic Center presents Guerra de Chistes (The War of Jokes) on their "Money is Over" tour. Grab your tickets for a night of laughs!

  • Sunday, February 6th, 3 PM: Amarillo Bombers vs. Colorado Inferno FC, Amarillo Civic Center, 401 S Buchanan St, Amarillo, TX 79101, cheer on the Amarillo Bombers as they take on the Colorado Inferno FC.

Exhibits:

  • Achievement in Art: Celebrating 50 years of AMoA’s Collection, Amarillo Museum of Art 2200 S. Van Buren, Exhibit Dates January 15–March 27, 2022, This year’s Achievement in an Art exhibition is a celebration of the museum’s collection. The AMoA has purchased important artworks by notable artists including Georgia O’Keeffe, Grace Hartigan, James Brooks, Luis Jimenez, Andy Warhol, and Larry Bell among many others.
