  • Friday, January 28th: Discover for $1, Don Harrington Discovery Center, 1200 Streit Dr. Amarillo, TX 79106, from 5:00 PM - 8:00, Enjoy an evening at the Discovery Center complete with Space Theater shows, live science demonstrations, and all of their exhibits for just $1! Theater shows are at 5:30, 6:15, and 7:00. Science Live! demonstrations at 5:15 and 6:30.


  • Friday, January 28th: Flatland Calvary Show, La Hacienda Amarillo, 10695 US-287 Amarillo TX, US 79108, 8:00 M, tickets vary from $30-$35. Flatland Calvary, a country band from Lubbock, Texas will be playing at La Hacienda Amarillo.


  • Saturday, January 29th: Discover for $1, Wildcat Bluff Nature Center, 2301 N Soncy Rd Amarillo, TX 79124, from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Discover the outdoors at Wildcat Bluff for just $1 per person!

  • Saturday, January 29th: Craftership Market, Wolflin Village, 2625 Woflin Ave Amarillo, TX 79109 11 AM - 3 PM or until sold out. Shop local goods ranging from micro-greens to specialty jams and artisan crafts. After you're done shopping local, high-quality goods, check out the rest of the shops in the area.

  • Saturday, January 29th: Sourdough Basics by Baker’s Table, From 6th Collective, 18100 I-40 West Amarillo, TX 79124, Come learn the basics of sourdough, start to finish, from the pros at Baker's Table! Baker's Table will provide a full kit including a jar of starter, a lame for slashing, a scraper, and a ball of dough to take home and bake, along with the instructions to make the perfect loaf.


  • Saturday, January 29th: Native Crowds // Like Red Giants at Goldenlight Cantina, 2906 SW 6th Ave at 9:00 PM, Enjoy a live show by Native Crowds and Like Red Giants




Exhibits:

  • Achievement in Art: Celebrating 50 years of AMoA’s Collection, Amarillo Museum of Art 2200 S. Van Buren, Exhibit Dates January 15–March 27, 2022, This year’s Achievement in an Art exhibition is a celebration of the museum’s collection. The AMoA has purchased important artworks by notable artists including Georgia O’Keeffe, Grace Hartigan, James Brooks, Luis Jimenez, Andy Warhol, and Larry Bell among many others.

  • Rock of Ages, Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum, 2503 Fourth Ave Canyon, TX, the exhibit is open until February 1, 2022, weekly from Tuesday through Saturday during regular museum hours
