The pass works as a digital coupon book that gives you discounts on entry to attractions, free apps, and perks at bars and restaurants, along with access to discounted rates at hotels. Once redeemed, you can easily access your pass via text, email, or “app”. The pass will guide you through the Panhandle based on your location, so you never have to worry about your next stop or wasting time.

Texas Panhandle War Memorial's NEW Education Center

Have you made a stop by the Texas Panhandle War Memorial lately? If not, you're missing out! Their newly opened education center honors the efforts and sacrifice of veterans across the region, providing a place for reflection and healing. Don't forget to stop at the War Memorial Park, a beautiful park with monuments and flags dedicated to honor all of our military personnel.

Jazztober

Come join us on the lawn of the Bivins Home at 1000 S Polk to enjoy some free local jazz music on October 5th at 6 PM. Bring your blanket or chair and dinner and beverage of choice. This week's music will be by the Martinis and sponsored by Brown & Fortunato.

Good Times Celebration Barbecue Cook-Off

This cook-off is one of Amarillo's biggest networking events with all you can eat and drink. Teams will compete for bragging rights in professional, amateur, and corporate divisions. Your tick is all-inclusive and you're guaranteed to find some of the best BBQ in the Panhandle! Your good times will start on October 7 at 5 PM at the Amarillo Tri-State Exposition.

Maxwell's Pumpkin Farm

Maxwell's Pumpkin Farm is the ultimate family fun destination in West Texas! In the fall, stroll through our sunflower fields, corn maze & pick out the perfect pumpkin. Their over 30 attractions include wagon rides, apple cannons, fantastic photo ops, and more!

Nitro Circus 'You Got This' Tour

Featuring a packed roster of top international action sports athletes highlighted by Australia's Ryan Williams, a duel threat on both BMX and scooter. Catch Williams and his fellow decorated riders on October 8 at 7 PM at Hodgetown.

Charley Crockett Live

Charley Crockett makes his way back to Amarillo on October 8th to close out the concert season with Starlight Ranch Event Center! The show will start at 7, and food and alcohol will be available for purchase.

Little Bit of Music Series - Nelly Concert

Three-time Grammy Winner, Nelly, transcends genres with a full band concert series featuring Blanco Brown and Harper Grace. Don't miss this concert at Starlight Ranch on October 9th.

Prairie Dog Town Fork of the Red River Festival

Join Bar Z Winery for their 6th annual festival! They'll feature other 100% winderies, local food trucks, and live music from start to finish. Bring you family and friends and enjoy a day filled with the wines, food, and music that make the Long Star State so great! The festival will be held on October 9th from 3 to 9 PM.

Kwahadi Museum of the American Indian

Learn the history of Native Americans in our area through their art and artifacts. Check out their amazing exhibits Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 5 PM (last visit at 4:30 PM)

Looking Forward Art Exhibition

Open 24/7 at the Cerulean Gallery in the Embassy Suites Downtown, this fundraising exhibition for the Amarillo Art Institute highlights 20 local artists who are affiliated with AAI!

Texas Photographic Society's 34th Annual Members Only Show

The Amarillo Museum of Art presents this exhibition during regular museum hours until October 10th. The exhibition features 50 expressive images juried by esteemed photographers Jill Skupin and Dan Burkholder.

Women of Abstract Expressionism in the American West

The Amarillo Museum of Art presents this exhibition through October 10th during regular museum hours. Artworks by a number of important artists including Elaine de Kooning, Louise Nevelson, Jeanne Reynal, and Jane Wilson, among others. These women are an important part of the Abstract Expressionist movement during post-WWII era in New York City.

Rock of Ages

Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum opens its newest exhibit on February 27th. This cool exhibit features over 200 rocks, minerals, and gems highlighting the dynamic and intense geologic history of this region and beyond. Come be dazzled by the richness of their color, texture, shape, and intricate patterns.
