In January, I was inspired to offer a deeper dive into this work in a private Facebook group with a small circle of people, and the results were profound. I offered a prompt every day that they would answer, and then we would all witness each other's stories unfold, unwind, and unravel very rapidly.
With their feedback, I enhanced the program a bit with some group experiences designed to help participants move even more quickly and easily.
It was truly a game-changer for these folks, so much so that they asked me to create another monthly experience for them, so they could stay together with their new allies and continue breaking through other story ceilings.
