In today’s email, I want to highlight the experiences of three different studio owners who have gone through the Masterclass.

Buying 22 New Students

At the end of the Masterclass, I evaluate each student’s work one last time.
Last month, I evaluated the work of one of my alumni… She owns a studio that serves adults 120 kids in the D.C. suburbs.
She went through my ad training during the spring / summer Masterclass last year.
She has spent $748 total on ads between January 1 and March 15... and landed a whopping 22 students from that ad spend. Meaning that she paid about $34 per new student.


Keep in mind... this is someone who had NEVER used ads before.
She stands to gain $1000s of dollars per student, since her retention rate is so high.
These strategies work for big studios... small studios... any kind of studio that wants more students.

50+ New Students With No Extra Work
Had a meeting with one of my clients (Annie) on April 10th. She is located in Australia.
We were looking over her advertising numbers.
We built an advertising campaign together... and she began letting it run on March 4th, 2019. She did not even log into the account for over 11 months...
And it brought in 50+ students during that time period on a very modest budget (some months she was spending less than $50... let that sink in).
FYI, these systems are still working for clients even during this "odd" time period we are experiencing.


Increasing Margins by $2k
I did an evaluation with a marketing client of mine in October of last year.
Her goal in 2019 was to get to capacity in her studio.
We worked together on building a modern, ads-based marketing system. We worked on her site. We worked on the foundational principles behind what makes a studio business grow ORGANICALLY.
She turned her ads on in late summer last year.
In an 8 week period she increased her studio margins by $2k per month. It's the fastest that she's ever grown in the years that she has been working as an independent music teacher.
Now, she's going into maintenance mode... She turned this student funnel she built off for the time being. But... she can turn this student funnel on whenever she needs to turn it on.
I'm not going to get inspirational here, or gush about how excited I am (though these things might be true).
What I will say is... when you build assets in your business (no matter if you have a studio that is 50 or 500)... when you build that foundation...
SUCCESS WILL COME. Period. You will reach your goals.


Conclusion
The difficulty in writing this email was choosing who to highlight.
I have dozens and dozens and dozens of success stories just like this.
Studio owners or music school owners who decided that they were ALL IN on growth.
