With the boom of Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Livestreaming for so many working from home or speaking online, I am getting so many requests for people wanting to build their confidence on camera. |

Here are 4 easy tips that you can use to Boost Your Confidence on Camera.
- Your appearance - Be camera ready. Whether makeup or not be well dressed hair combed, freshened up so that you know you look good. Because like Dion Sanders said “If you look good, you feel good. If you feel good, you play good. If you play good, they pay good.”
- Get real! Think about what is really stopping you. Is it how people will see you and receive your appearance or how will they receive your message. If it is how they will see you and receive your appearance, then really focus on your message and the impact it will have. If you can focus on the message, that is what others will focus on as well.
- Look directly at the camera when speaking to others, do not look at the screen. You won’t get distracted by others on the screen and people believe you are speaking directly to them.
- Set yourself up for success in your environment, just like preparing yourself for camera, prepare your environment. Great lighting, HD camera, and make sure your background is not distracting.
