Things are locking down again!!!
Recently I posted a question on Facebook and didn’t expect the firestorm that followed. A couple weeks ago when the positive test numbers were rising at an alarming rate, I asked about feelings about having to wear a mask? I understand all the reasons against wearing a mask but as for me and my family, we will wear the mask when and where necessary for our safety and the safety of others around us.
Covid is nothing to play around with. We practice physical distancing and wash our hands or use hand sanitizer regularly. According to recent reports we as a society have become way too relaxed…

Audacious Confidence Show -Women have always played a very significant role in the growth and sustainability of any social movement. Their contributions have proven to be essential. The #Blacklivesmatter movement is no different. My guest Lataye Davis, a veteran and former drill sergeant who serves as the only United State of Women Representative in the State of Mississippi, is a very outspoken advocate for women in business and racial equality. She and I will talk about the role of women in the Black lives matter movement and the move to eliminate affirmative action in businesses that sought to level the plane for minorities. This is going to be some interview, Tuesday at 7:00 pm est on @DreamaniacTV
2 Sides 2 a Coin - Join Cassie & me this week on Wednesday on IGTV for another episode, looking at the trend of young people’s attitude toward the lockdown and how they are risking their lives and the lives of others to go to bars and party without a mask or physical distancing, sometimes knowing they have the virus. Plus we will also talk about how parents talk to their kids about financial responsibility.
When I was 13 years old, it was the first time I experienced a sunburn. I spent the entire day at the beach in Tobago with my whole class. It was a blast, so much fun. But guess what? I didn’t wear sunscreen, “I didn’t think I ever needed to wear sunblock, afterall I had dark skin. But I learned, dark skin can get sunburned too. Now in my 50’s my skin is thanking me for avoiding the sun and using sunscreen as much as possible because I know my skin can get sun damaged”. In my book “Age with Audacious Confidence: 21+ Tips to Look & Feel Younger” Tip #9 is all about protecting your skin from the sun which causes premature aging. “3rd Rock Sunblock is safe to use on all skin types and is free of toxins”.
