I am so crazy excited to finally share my TEDxMiramar Talk with you all, especially for those of you who couldn’t make it to the LIVE event in Miramar, FL in the Summer.

It’s here just in time for Breast Cancer Awareness Month where I share a little bit of my journey. It was such a blast to be on stage and I couldn’t believe I would be sharing so vulnerably, such a personal struggle with my body image. But I hope my journey will help someone else in their journey to love their body and themselves.
