| As the year winds down, I am more determined to see more people experience the freedom to be themselves and help them break through areas that are holding them back. I hope you will continue to stay connected to me with all the new and exciting opportunities I have ahead. What keeps ringing in my mind is what Ice-T said when I saw him speak at Carnegie Hall in New York back in September, I hope this is a reminder to you too.
