Today is 9/11 a memorable day in history when the World Trade Center, Pentagon were attacked using passenger planes. It was the first time passenger planes were not just hijacked for demands but to use as weapons against a nation of civilians. Many lost their lives that day and it forever changed Air Travel, the New York Skyline and the face of terorrism.

When you were a kid, did you like building blocks or Lego?

I often watch the little kids when I teach Sunday School how they would approach building lego when we brought it out. Some would just start building something all by themselves, didn’t ask for help, didn’t want help, they were independent and were more interested in their own creation, while others would enroll others in the group to help build. Those behaviors translate into how we work as adults. Some like to work independent while others prefer to collaborate with others. What is your workstyle, Independent or Collaboration?
