What an incredible ride this was. Cheryl Lynn Mobley took us on a journey of a lifetime and shared incredible leadership lessons while on a horseback safari in Africa.

She shares her adventure in her beautiful book along with powerful leadership lessons. The book Face to Face: Leading Skillfully in Times of Disruption and Uncertainty, is complete with spectacular photos of these majestic, wild, and dangerous animals which she took herself.  

Cheryl had a very distinguished career as a hospital president, her hospital consistently excelled. She’s taken these skills and tactics into her boutique firm, reCalibrate, to help identify choke points so leaders can take their organizations to the next level.
