I remember a time I was absolutely terrified to be on camera and hated (yes a strong word) but hated taking pictures. Forget standing in front of an audience to speak. That freaked me out.

So how did I overcome all of that?

I had to find the root of what was creating that fear and anxiety for me. Then gather techniques to make me a rockstar on Camera or in front of an audience.
