Happy Juneteenth and So Much MORE!!!
Today is June 19th the day Americans celebrate Freedom day from slavery! Not to get too deep into history but the total emancipation of all slaves didn’t actually happen until December 6, 1865 with the ratification of the 13th amendment abolishing slavery in all states.

June 19th is also a personal celebration in my family because it is my Mother-in-Law’s 89th birthday and my sister’s 28th wedding Anniversary, in addition to Labor Day in Trinidad & Tobago where I was born. So a lot to celebrate this day!

Looking back at the week…
Women Unleashed Show
On Woman Unleashed on Dreamaniac TV, Sebastian & I interviewed a real superwoman Stayc Simpson. I have heard Stayc’s story a couple times before but never like this. She has won over 150 Pageant titles and interviews major Pageant winners for the past 4 years for Miss USA, Miss World, Miss America, Miss Universe and other pageants. She is a 3 time cancer survivor, endurance racer, survived being run over by a truck and multiple incidents of heart failure. You have to hear her remarkable story and her incredible spirit!
Audacious Confidence Show
My heart was so full having an opportunity to interview my 3 children on the Audacious Confidence Show on Dreamaniac TV about being mixed in America and what #Blacklivesmatter means to them. So interesting to hear from their points of view.
Claiming Your Why And Soul Purpose Virtual Summit
This week I sat with 4 other fabulous women that are a part of the Claim your Why & Soul Purpose Summit hosted by Dr. Daphne Clarke-hudson and they are such powerhouses. I can’t wait to hear them and their stories, this is the beginning of so many amazing opportunities with this summit, so Register today the summit begins next week!
Audacious Confidence Tip of the Week
So many times we do not step up or step out to really go for what we want because of fear, judgement and the unknown. That lack of confidence is not always recognized and we can play it off as, well I really didn't want it or it wasn't the right time for me etc. But the truth is, we lack the confidence needed to step out and do it. Recognition and awareness is the first step to activating your confidence.
