Five years ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
It was a SHOCK. I thought I was doing all the right things, I ate well, exercised but it didn’t insulate me from that diagnosis.
In the months that followed, I wrestled with confusion, fear, fatigue, and — unexpectedly — anger over feeling betrayed by my own body. But that journey also cracked something open in me: a fierce commitment to healing, on every level. Not just physically, but emotionally, spiritually, and yes — in how I saw and loved myself.
Now, standing here 3 years cancer-free, I’m re-launching something deeply personal and powerful:
💖 Love My Body, Love Myself
A 7-part special series from Unleash Your Audacious Confidence
This series was born out of my own healing journey — but it’s not just about me. It’s about us. Because what I’ve learned in the past five years is this:
We are not getting the information, support, or conversations we need when it comes to our health as women. Especially during the messy, magnificent transitions like puberty, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause.
Looking back, I now see signs of hormone disruption and perimenopause that I missed — signs that may have contributed to my diagnosis. And I’m not alone.
More and more women — from Oprah to Naomi Watts to Halle Berry — are stepping up and speaking out, sharing their struggles with perimenopause and other health issues that have been ignored, dismissed, or outright silenced for too long.
It’s time to break that silence.
That’s why this limited series of Love My Body, Love Myself from Unleash Your Audacious Confidence is bigger, bolder, and more necessary than ever.
Together, we’ll explore:
The science behind hormonal changes — and how to work with your body, not against it
Nutrition, lactation, movement, and rest across life stages
How to build radical self-love in the middle of physical and emotional upheaval
The confidence to advocate for yourself, your health, and your joy
With guest experts, real talk, and zero shame — this is the series I wish I had 20 years ago.
We begin May 5th at 5pm et. I hope you’ll join us on RedCarpetCEO.com or subscribe to our YouTube Channel.
Because loving your body isn't about perfection...
It's about understanding it. Honoring it. And never, ever abandoning yourself again.
