It’s interesting what you learn when you listen to what people complain about.

Recently I have heard multiple times from different leaders the sentiment “no one wants to work”, that this generation wants the world but doesn’t want to earn it. 

The missing link, their lack of self-awareness. They couldn’t see how their inconsistent leadership skills were a major reason for the apathy in recruiting. Self-awareness for leaders is essential for running a business and attracting and retaining top talent.
