With this record hurricane season there is a tremendous amount of needs in the affected areas, and those communities are in desperate need of help! Samaritan's Purse has contacted us for reinforcements but due to the small battalion this fall, we are unable to send anyone else out right now. They have a number of locations across Louisiana and Alabama and would love your help. SP really loves ALERT guys, so you would be a welcome breath of fresh air if you are able to go.
You can apply to volunteer at samaritanspurse.org/our-ministry/nam. Samaritan's Purse will provide housing and great meals, and would line up work so it is very easy to plug in with them. Be aware that Samaritan’s Purse is requiring all overnight volunteers to bring a negative COVID test. |
