Subject: Not everyone who explores gets lost

🔘 Take the helm

What saved me the most during my life was this almost innate attitude of questioning authority.

On any occasion that someone has presented me with the truth, the way forward, the method, the right ... I have questioned.

Those who really allowed me to grow beyond what I was, were the ones who inspired me in pushing me to find my very own path.

“Don't let anyone tell you how to live your life, nobody is making your way and nobody can know what's best for you.

Your whole life is a fantastic adventure and you can only discover what you can achieve if you are brave enough to explore it "

🔘 Make Your Voice Heard

The power of a voice, yours, can make all the difference.

What it takes is to choose and decide based on what you feel is right and not based on what most of the others around you do.

Conforming to what most others do allows you to feel safe and secure.

Not conforming to what everyone else is doing gives you the power to be a model, an inspiration, an agent of change, but above all it gives you the opportunity to be truly free.

🔘 Don't Do What Everyone Fans

This is a simple concept to think about. We cannot make any significant progress simply by continuing to follow what others around us are doing.

"Only a very small number of people are truly harmful, but there are a very large number of people who do not ask questions and follow what others do.

To avoid events, extremely negative situations for society, it is therefore vital that we pay very high attention to this instinct of ours to conform to what others are doing, rather than to anything else. This is the thing to watch out for. "

It All Starts With You: Change Things Around You P.1 - # 1F

To be more productive, start changing the things around you:

- Put physical order around you
- Establish schedules and stick to them
- Make discipline your new strength
- Give your mind and body everything they need to perform at their best
- Recharge your mind and body systematically

Don't hope that this lesson alone will make you change your habits.

For things to change, it is imperative that you decide you want to make changes. But not only in the way you organize or plan your work, but also in the other aspects of your life.

There may be some small changes initially, but the important thing is that there are.

Here are some examples:

- Remove authority from your phone, do not become a slave to it.
- Only decide for a week to go to bed before midnight
- Get ready to work early so you can update your plans
- Order your desk. Create Space
- Change what you do in breaks
- Change your dress. The color of the shirt or tie
