Organized Often, when I assist coaches or industry experts who are starting their online communication journey, I am asked:
"How do you create" value "through content before you have an actual audience?"
My answer is always the same: creating value means collecting and organizing existing information.
It is easy to convince yourself of the need to always create new content. But for me, creating value also means finding, contextualizing and sharing pearls created by others.
David Perell, in his "Ultimate Online Writing Guide," suggests two tactics you can start working on right away to create value through this approach:
a) The Thought Leader Strategy: curate a summary of the best work done by your reference point.
b) The Strategy of Ideas: choose an idea that interests you and curate a list of the best resources (or tools, or books, or etc.) on that topic ".
