The more you watch television or listen to radio from mainstream channels, the further you get away from knowing exactly what's going on. Because when a very small number of multinationals own all the media you can see and hear, it is inevitable that what you will see or hear is a version of reality that meets the specific economic needs of these owners.
So unless you know and have researched who these people are and what their ambitions are, you will be bound to be trapped in doing and believing things that you otherwise would never have believed or done.

Because if you feel this need, you are likely to feel it because you are still looking for the approval and appreciation of others rather than the recognition of your value from yourself.
